So over the past few weeks our water has been getting little black flecks in it. At first it was just a few but as of yesterday it was quite a few. Still drinkable but slightly disturbing. So Mike thought it might be the little filter on the actual faucet and took it off. It had a little black stuff in there but when I turned on the water without it this is what came out! Time to call the landlord...and buy some Ozarka.

yeah, that's pretty disgusting. no-- it's REALLY disgusting.
that is really disgusting as stephanie said. Even our water here in Russia is much better than that! (Of course we have our own treatment plant out here!)
I have a Pur filter the plumber is trying to find a fitting for our faucet and then he will put it on.
If he has success, that is.
We had a problem with our water last week also, and it ended up being that our water heater had a ton of crap built up in it. Apparently you are suppose to empty it out and clean it out every year or two. Who knew!
