Just to brag for Mike's sake - out of the 160 people in the race he got 16th. And in the age group 25-29, he got 2nd. He says it's not impressive because he says it's a little dinky 5k, but I was impressed.
p.s. the first place runner ran it at a 6:04 mile pace - it was a 40 year old woman. something to work towards ladies...
